At Happy Pug Pups, we are dedicated to raising healthy, happy, and well-socialized Pug puppies in a clean, family-oriented environment where they receive exceptional care, proper nutrition, routine veterinary attention, and plenty of love before joining their forever homes. By placing a reservation or purchasing a puppy through Happy Pug Pups, the Buyer acknowledges that they have carefully read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Health & Wellness Assurance Agreement. Our goal is to provide every family with confidence and peace of mind throughout the adoption process. The Buyer agrees to have their Pug puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within seven (7) days of receiving the puppy. If this initial examination reveals a serious congenital defect or a previously undetected illness that existed prior to placement, Happy Pug Pups will carefully review the veterinary documentation. Upon verification and the safe return of the puppy, we will provide a full refund of the adoption fee, including applicable transportation expenses, in accordance with this agreement. Because responsible breeding plays an important role in producing healthy puppies, we carefully select our breeding dogs and prioritize their health and temperament. However, as with all purebred dogs, certain hereditary conditions may occur despite the highest breeding standards. For this reason, Happy Pug Pups proudly offers a Lifetime Genetic Health Assurance covering severe inherited congenital conditions that significantly impact a puppy's quality of life. If such a condition is confirmed by two independent licensed veterinarians, the Buyer may choose either a full refund of the adoption fee, including eligible transportation costs, or a replacement Pug puppy of equal value from a future available litter, subject to availability. To provide additional confidence during the transition into a new home, Happy Pug Pups also offers protection against communicable illnesses. If a licensed veterinarian diagnoses the puppy with a contagious illness within fourteen (14) days after arrival, and the condition is verified according to the terms of this agreement, we will provide a full refund of the adoption fee together with applicable transportation expenses once the puppy has been safely returned to our care. Families who request delivery can do so through our trusted network of professional pet transportation partners. All transportation expenses are the responsibility of the Buyer, and travel arrangements, scheduling information, and delivery updates will be provided whenever available. Buyers who prefer to pick up their puppy in person are always welcome by appointment. A non-refundable reservation deposit of $475 is required to reserve the selected puppy, and the remaining adoption balance must be paid in full at the scheduled pickup appointment. Reservation deposits secure a specific puppy exclusively for the Buyer and confirm their commitment to the adoption. The remaining adoption balance must be completed before transportation arrangements are finalized or at the time of personal pickup. Ownership of the puppy transfers only after full payment has been received. By adopting a puppy from Happy Pug Pups, every Buyer accepts the lifelong responsibility of providing proper care, including high-quality nutrition, clean drinking water, safe housing, regular exercise, routine veterinary examinations, vaccinations, parasite prevention, and ongoing healthcare. Buyers also agree to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local pet ownership laws while providing a loving, stable, and responsible home where their puppy can thrive physically, emotionally, and socially. This Health & Wellness Assurance Agreement represents the complete understanding between Happy Pug Pups and the Buyer regarding the health protections, adoption terms, and responsibilities associated with the purchase of a Pug puppy. Any changes, modifications, or amendments to this agreement must be made in writing and acknowledged by both parties before becoming valid. By completing a reservation or purchase through Happy Pug Pups, the Buyer confirms their acceptance of all terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
