1. About Happy Pug Pups

Happy Pug Pups is committed to helping responsible families find well-cared-for Pug puppies. Our website provides information about available puppies, our adoption process, health information, transportation options, and customer support.

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into a binding agreement.

2. Puppy Reservations & Payments

The prices displayed on our website are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

To reserve a puppy, a reservation deposit may be required. Once a deposit has been received and confirmed, the selected puppy will be held for the agreed reservation period.

The remaining balance must be paid before the puppy is released for pickup or transportation.

If payment is not completed within the agreed timeframe and no alternative arrangements have been approved, Happy Pug Pups may cancel the reservation and make the puppy available to another qualified buyer.

3. Health Information

Before joining their new home, each puppy receives age-appropriate veterinary care, which may include:

  • A physical examination performed by a licensed veterinarian

  • Age-appropriate vaccinations

  • Routine deworming

  • A veterinary health record

  • Information regarding any applicable health guarantee offered at the time of purchase

We recommend scheduling a wellness examination with your veterinarian within a few days after your puppy arrives to help ensure a smooth transition into their new home.

Any health guarantee provided is subject to the terms described in the separate Health Guarantee document.

4. Pickup & Transportation

Happy Pug Pups offers pickup and, where available, transportation assistance within the United States.

Transportation arrangements are coordinated after payment requirements have been completed.

Please note that travel schedules may occasionally change due to weather conditions, airline requirements, road conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Transportation fees, when applicable, are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise stated in writing.

5. Buyer Responsibilities

Purchasing a puppy is a long-term commitment. By acquiring a puppy from Happy Pug Pups, you agree to:

  • Provide appropriate housing and daily care

  • Supply nutritious food and fresh water

  • Schedule routine veterinary care and recommended vaccinations

  • Provide regular exercise, socialization, and companionship

  • Treat the puppy with kindness and respect at all times

If you are no longer able to care for your puppy, we encourage you to contact us before considering other placement options so we may offer guidance when possible.

6. Refunds & Returns

Reservation deposits are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Requests involving returns or health-related concerns will be reviewed according to the terms of our Health Guarantee and any applicable sales agreement.

7. Privacy

We value your privacy.

Information submitted through our website is used only for purposes such as responding to inquiries, processing reservations, improving customer service, and fulfilling our business obligations.

Happy Pug Pups is not responsible for circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including transportation delays, weather-related disruptions, or issues resulting from care provided after a puppy has entered its new home.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, any liability arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the puppy.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
