At Happy Pug Pups, we strive to make the process of welcoming a new Pug puppy into your home as simple and transparent as possible. From your first inquiry to the day your puppy arrives, we aim to provide clear communication and a positive experience for every family.

Reservation & Pricing

Our puppy prices are listed clearly on our website and apply equally to all buyers unless otherwise stated.

Once puppies are old enough to be reserved, families may place a reservation by submitting the required deposit. A reservation helps ensure that your selected puppy is no longer offered to other prospective buyers.

Reservation Deposit

To reserve a puppy:

• A $300 non-refundable reservation deposit is required.
• Reservations are accepted once puppies become available for selection.
• After your deposit has been confirmed, your chosen puppy will be marked as reserved.
• If the deposit is not received within the agreed timeframe, the reservation may be canceled and the puppy may become available to another family.

Final Payment & Pickup

The remaining balance is due before your puppy leaves our care, whether you choose in-person pickup or transportation.

For families planning to pick up their puppy:

• Pickup arrangements should be scheduled within the agreed timeframe after the puppy is ready to go home.
• If extended boarding is requested and approved, additional boarding fees may apply.
• For puppies reserved after they are already ready to leave, pickup should be arranged as soon as reasonably possible.

If transportation is being arranged, full payment must be completed before travel plans are confirmed.

Transportation Options

For families who are unable to visit in person, Happy Pug Pups may assist with transportation arrangements within the United States through experienced pet transportation providers, where available.

Transportation fees vary based on destination, travel method, and scheduling requirements and are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed.

Before travel, puppies may receive:

• A licensed veterinarian wellness examination
• Age-appropriate vaccinations and preventive care
• Health documentation required for travel, when applicable
• An approved travel crate if required by the transportation provider

We work to coordinate transportation that prioritizes the safety and comfort of every puppy.

Travel Considerations

Transportation schedules may occasionally change due to circumstances outside our control, including:

• Weather conditions
• Airline or transportation provider policies
• Seasonal travel restrictions
• Operational delays

Whenever adjustments are necessary, we will communicate with you promptly and work to arrange the next suitable travel opportunity.

Ground Transportation

In some situations, ground transportation or a mutually agreed meeting location may be available depending on distance and scheduling.
